PROOF YOUR FITNESS is a Community Competition with framework conditions like at a competition
or a qualification. The unknown workouts will be checked by a judge and you will receive immediate
feedback. The community event takes place every 6 weeks.
This isn't about competing against others or fighting for the leaderboard, it's about testing how far I've progressed in the sport.
